This generous sized house in a private street needed a number of issues resolved for the owner to secure the future value of their home. These included replacing the curved roof structure and fitting a new membrane over it keeping within the height restrictions of a local covenant. Much of the original joinery was replaced as well as a substantial area of the original plaster cladding with cedar weatherboards.
